At Soleil Bakery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, gluten-free baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send an email to soleilocala@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

Shipped Orders: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Allergies & Ingredient Transparency
Soleil Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery, and we take food sensitivities seriously. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased in error due to dietary restrictions or personal preference.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
