Yes, we are! We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Gluten-containing items are not allowed in our kitchen.

While we offer nut-free cookies, please note that we are not a nut-free facility. Our nut-free cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts are present, and there is a possibility of cross-contamination.

Deluxe Cookies: Gluten free flour blend (Rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, vitamin b3, vitamin b1, riboflavin, xanthan gum & cellulose gum), brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, dark or white chocolate, cold butter, eggs, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, psyllium husk powder, vanilla extract, salt and other additions by flavor:Additions include pecans, toffee bits, sprinkles, peanut butter chips, coffee extract, Oreo pieces.

Stuffed Cookies: Gluten free flour blend (Rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, vitamin b3, vitamin b1, riboflavin, xanthan gum & cellulose gum), brown sugar, granulated sugar, oat flour, milk, dark or white chocolate, cold butter, eggs, applesauce, miso, shortening ( soybean oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ and citric acid), corn starch, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt and additions by flavor: Additions: Oreo pieces, white chocolate, walnuts, pecans, heavy cream, corn syrup.

Keto Cookies: Almond flour, butter, eggs, erythritol, allulose, stevia, monk fruit, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.  Additions by flavor can include:Pecans, walnuts, pistachios, cocoa powder, sugar free chocolate chips (unsweet chocolate, erythritol, chicory root fiber, soluble corn fiber, cocoa butter, blend of palm kernel and palm oil, stevia, lecithin and flavor).  Additions may include pecans, peanut butter, walnuts, almonds and cocoa powder.
